The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting security initiatives across the organization, ensuring rigorous risk management, and effectively engaging stakeholders at all levels. Pay rate range (CAD): $76.09./hr – $91.30/hr Responsibilities Define test plans and ensure defect-free products before User Acceptance Testing Develop, monitor, and manage project budgets, plans, timelines, and scope Oversee project staff including direct reports, contractors, and interns, delegating tasks appropriately Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and project progress Ensure adherence to systems development and project management processes Conduct ongoing risk assessments, monitoring, and timely mitigation Facilitate User Acceptance Testing, including rollout planning and procedures Lead development teams in delivering high-quality software solutions aligned with business needs Present project updates and recommendations to steering committees and sponsors Manage medium to large-scale projects, collaborating with business units and third-party vendors Recruit, develop, motivate, and coach project team members Partner with functional teams to define and refine business requirements Prepare and deliver cost-benefit analyses and project reports Successfully execute project lifecycle phases following organizational policies and procedures Desired Skill-Set 8+ years of IT Project Management experience Strong background managing budgets and large infrastructure projects Experience in both waterfall and Agile methodologies Proficiency with SharePoint, Jira, and Confluence (minimum 5 years) Facilitation experience with Scrum ceremonies (minimum 5 years) 3+ years of managing cybersecurity projects Solid understanding of project governance and compliance standards Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as computer science or engineering PMP or PMI certification preferred Proven experience managing project teams and stakeholders at executive levels Ability to quickly adapt to changing project requirements and environments Nice to Have PMP Certification Knowledge of ServiceNow for ITSM Working familiarity with security and cloud technologies Experience using project portfolio management tools like Planview or Clarity Certifications or ongoing training in cybersecurity technologies BeachHead is an equal opportunity agency and employer.
