Coach and mentor approximately 5 to 12 squads in Agile practices, support ceremonies and Product Owners, and improve measurement of team maturity and delivery effectiveness. Facilitate continuous improvement across teams and leadership, align coaching with Agile Chapter Leads, and promote collaboration and an Agile mindset in a banking environment.

Lead and support two to three Agile teams by facilitating ceremonies, maintaining Agile artifacts, and guiding teams in Scrum, SAFe, and Kanban practices. Improve workflow and delivery predictability, remove impediments, promote transparency, and align teams and stakeholders around project goals.
