Manage end-to-end delivery of EV charging infrastructure projects in the US, coordinating customers, contractors, suppliers, utilities, and internal teams from handover through installation, commissioning, and go-live. Serve as the primary customer contact, track project performance and documentation in Salesforce, resolve risks and escalations, and improve delivery processes and customer experience.
