The Program Manager, Products & Services plays a critical cross-functional role within the Products and Services organization, reporting directly to the Director, Business Transformation. This individual is responsible for driving end-to-end execution across a portfolio of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment between business objectives, technology delivery, and operational outcomes. The Program Manager acts as a central coordination point across teams and initiatives, bringing structure, accountability, and momentum to complex programs across all Xplore platforms. Key Responsibilities Include Strong understanding of program and project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid). Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent programs in a complex, matrixed organization. Working knowledge of the Canadian telecommunications industry, including Fixed Wireless, Fibre, and Satellite technologies. Proficiency in program management tools and platforms (e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday.com, MS Project). Strong business acumen with the ability to understand and communicate commercial drivers and trade-offs. Excellent executive communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. The Ideal Candidate Will Possess 7+ years of progressive experience in program or project management, ideally within telecommunications or technology sectors. Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional programs on time and within scope. Experience driving business transformation and organizational change initiatives. Demonstrated success managing executive-level stakeholders and facilitating senior decision-making forums. Experience in product or services organizations within a regulated or infrastructure-intensive industry is a strong asset. PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification is preferred.
