Coordinate assigned residential home projects from sales handoff through pre-construction, factory production, and delivery readiness, maintaining schedules, procurement records, project files, and customer communications. Monitor scope, costs, decisions, and risks, coordinate follow-up across teams and suppliers, and provide timely updates and escalations to the Construction Manager.
