Key Responsibilities: •Lead end-to-end delivery of complex integration programs across Product, Engineering, Architecture, Operations, Security, Compliance, and external partners. •Drive program governance, project planning, RAID management, dependency tracking, risk management, and executive reporting. •Manage technical integrations involving APIs, customer platforms, trust systems, deposit network services, payment platforms, and external financial institutions. •Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of strategic initiatives. •Facilitate technical design reviews, architecture discussions, and issue resolution. •Oversee release planning, milestone tracking, resource forecasting, and production readiness activities. •Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and operational requirements. Required Skills: •Technical Program Management and Enterprise Integration Delivery. •Banking, FinTech, Payments, Cash Management, or Treasury Management experience. •API Integrations, Microservices, Distributed Systems, and Cloud Technologies (AWS preferred). •Payment Processing, Money Movement, Data Integration, and Reconciliation. •Digital Assets and Stablecoin-related initiatives. •Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills. Preferred Qualifications: •PMP, PgMP, Agile, Scrum, or SAFe Certification. •Experience with deposits, payment networks, financial institution integrations, and platform modernization programs. •M&A or business integration program experience.
