You will Be given opportunities to work on complex infrastructure projects in the GTA Provide leadership to your project team Build and maintain strong, trusting, collaborative relationships with clients, GCs, consultants, owners, developers, subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to enhance our position in the market. Receive mentorship and guidance from experienced and competent industry leaders Have the opportunity to assist in the pursuit, of targeted P3/AFP, Design-Build, Design-Assist, and IPD projects. Responsibilities Manage the planning, organizing, execution, monitoring, and commissioning of projects from preconstruction to completion according to company, schedule, financial, and client relationship objectives. Manage project teams and subcontractors with professionalism Strong involvement in labour management and site progress Identify and manage risk exposure to the organization Provide insight and recommendations into the design, logistics, feasibility, risk assessment, and opportunities for value engineering Manage the preparation and monitoring of construction schedules and milestones, and coordinate resource requirements. Provide active promotion and leadership of the health and safety of all team members; ensure that the company program and processes are adhered to and that safety remains at the forefront. Assist in pre-job planning including estimate turnover, kick-off meetings, vendor and subcontractor partnering, material/equipment management strategies, and resource planning. Assist with the planning and execution of the procurement process on projects. Preparation of progress and financial forecasting and reporting.
