🚨 OFFRE D’EMPLOI | CHARGÉ(E) DE PROJET SENIOR – GÉNIE CIVIL ET PAVAGE | GATINEAU 💰 Salaire jusqu’à 118 000 $/an + 8 % de vacances + allocations de dépenses, selon l’expérience. 🏗️ Vision Chantier recrute pour un entrepreneur du Grand Montréal qui développe ses activités à Gatineau. 📍 Gatineau | 📅 Entrée flexible | 🏗️ Projets jusqu’à 5,5 M$ 🔹 PROJETS Pavage, asphaltage, travaux municipaux, excavation, terrassement et infrastructures souterraines (aqueduc, égouts et électricité). 🔹 RESPONSABILITÉS • Gérer les projets, des soumissions à la livraison. • Coordonner les équipes et sous-traitants. • Assurer le suivi des budgets et échéanciers. • Contrôler les coûts et la rentabilité. 🔹 PROFIL RECHERCHÉ ✅ Minimum 5 ans en gestion de projets. ✅ Expérience en génie civil et travaux municipaux exigée. ✅ Expérience en pavage fortement privilégiée. ✅ Connaissance des infrastructures souterraines. ✅ Autonomie, leadership et rigueur. 🔹 RÉMUNÉRATION ET AVANTAGES 💰 Salaire annuel jusqu’à 118 000 $ 🏖️ Vacances : 8 % 🚗 Compte de dépenses de déplacement : 14 400 $/an 📱 Compte de dépenses de téléphone : 780 $/an 🏥 Assurances collectives prévues dès janvier 2027 🎓 Formations et cotisations OIQ payées, si applicable. 🤝 Une occasion de contribuer au développement d’un entrepreneur en pleine expansion à Gatineau! 📩 Intéressé(e)? What you’ll do

Manage civil construction projects from bidding through delivery, coordinating teams and subcontractors. Track budgets and schedules, control costs, and maintain project profitability.

Requirements

At least five years of project management experience is required, along with experience in civil engineering and municipal works. Paving experience is strongly preferred, and candidates should know underground infrastructure and demonstrate autonomy, leadership, and rigor.
