In addition to a fulfilling career, we offer: Competitive salary with a raise structure based on performance A bonus structure based on performance Flexible working hours and short day Fridays all year long A hybrid working model A full health benefit program at no cost to employees including dental Company sponsored Social Events/ trips within or out of the country Company sponsored educational courses hosted by third parties throughout the year In-house training with various staff Paid mileage for travel to anywhere work related Your Role: Work with a team of project managers and project coordinators to successfully deliver on assigned projects Mentor and support team members including but not limited to project coordinators and junior project managers Perform or arrange for reviews of existing installations Responsible for managing and reviewing project deliverables Responsible for managing project progress and ensuring project completion on schedule and within budget Develop and/or improve processes and procedures for Project Management to improve efficiency Lead & coordinate with site inspectors to complete site activities Facilitate the communication between site inspectors and project managers as required Delegate construction administration tasks including but not limited to shop drawing reviews, contract document setup etc. to team members Responsible for ensuring all construction admin tasks are completed accurately, timely and within the assigned budget for projects Facilitate the communication between the project management team and the design team as required Respond to client related queries regarding the technical and financial aspects of the project Prepare and continually monitor a schedule of tasks required to complete the project including hours to perform tasks and critical data required for performance Organize and chair internal and client meetings Work with the business development and proposal teams to develop and respond to proposal requests Complete all other project management, construction admin and general project oversight tasks as required to successfully complete assigned projects Complete all other tasks as assigned by upper management What You’ll Bring To TCG: Minimum of 5-7 years of direct industry experience in the field of mechanical building services (Retrofit experience is an asset) Diploma / Degree from a mechanical building services technical program or an engineering program P.Eng Designation in Ontario is preferred Strong leadership qualities and mentorship skills Good working knowledge of (construction) project management principles with the ability to apply those principles on ongoing projects Good working knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing and Fire Protection Systems Knowledge and understanding of the National Building Code of Canada and the Ontario Building Code Good working knowledge of ASHRA and CSA/ULC standards Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a drive and ability to collaborate and problem solve as part of a team Ability to utilize both verbal and written forms of communication to effectively communicate internally with colleagues as well as externally with clients Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects working in a fast-paced environment to meet project deadlines. What you’ll do

Requirements
Candidates must have 5-7 years of experience in mechanical building services and hold a relevant degree or diploma. A P.Eng designation in Ontario is preferred, along with strong knowledge of building codes and project management principles.
