Lead the end-to-end execution of complex, cross-functional machine development and build projects from concept to production handover. Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and coordinate internal and external reviews including FMEA and risk assessments.

Manage technical projects throughout their entire lifecycle, from concept and launch to mass production in cell manufacturing. Coordinate cross-functional teams to track risks, develop timelines, and implement automated equipment and software features.

Coordinate all design and pre-construction phases for Tesla charging sites, including feasibility, site layout, and securing entitlements. Act as the primary liaison between utility companies, zoning personnel, and internal construction teams to ensure sites are construction-ready.
