Position Summary We are seeking a Project Manager / Project Engineer to lead software implementation projects from initial scoping through successful go‑live. In this role, you will work directly with customers to understand their engineering processes, gather technical requirements, collaborate with internal software engineers, and manage project execution end‑to‑end. You’ll join a dynamic team of energetic professionals—project engineers, account managers, and developers—who thrive in a fast‑paced environment and support each other in building world‑class customer experiences. Key Responsibilities Manage smooth handoff from sales to implementation and act as the primary project consultant. Lead customer engagements by scoping requirements, presenting solutions, and delivering implementation services. Work with internal engineers and customers to determine the best technical solution—or design new enhancements when needed. Serve as a subject‑matter expert in engineering processes for both clients and technology partners. Prepare and present project quotations, proposals, and scope adjustments. Participate in industry events, partner conferences, and occasional onsite customer visits (primarily within the U.S.). Maintain strong customer relationships by providing ongoing support post‑implementation. Evaluate engineering workflows and recommend best practices to maximize customer success. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience. Strong passion for understanding customer operations and matching solutions to business needs. Ability to work in a smaller, collaborative team where everyone wears multiple hats. Excellent attention to detail while balancing deadlines and competing priorities. Outstanding communication, critical thinking, and troubleshooting skills. Strong organizational and time‑management abilities for juggling multiple projects. Enjoys meeting new people and traveling occasionally. Positive attitude, sense of humor, and appreciation for a healthy work–life balance.
