TechTalentsAgency is seeking an experienced Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and oversee software development projects. The successful candidate will work closely with Engineering, Product, QA, and Business stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in line with business priorities. Key Responsibilities Plan and coordinate software development projects. Manage timelines, scope, resources, risks, and dependencies. Track project progress and ensure delivery commitments are met. Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, QA, and Business teams. Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies and drive their resolution. Organize and facilitate project meetings and Agile ceremonies. Maintain clear communication with stakeholders. Prepare project status reports, risk updates, and delivery forecasts. Support resource and capacity planning. Contribute to continuous improvement of project management and delivery processes. Qualifications Strong experience in Project Management within a software development environment. Proven experience managing software projects end-to-end. Good understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies. Experience with project planning, estimation, risk management, and dependency management. Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders. Strong communication, organizational, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Experience working closely with Engineering and Product teams. Professional working proficiency in English and Ukrainian. Ability to work on-site in Montreal 3 days per week. Preferred Qualifications Experience with software, cloud platforms, IoT, or connected devices. B2B or enterprise software experience. Experience working with international or distributed teams. Technical or QA background. PMP, Scrum, Agile, or related certifications. Success in This Role The Project Manager will be responsible for: delivering projects within agreed timelines; effective management of risks and dependencies; maintaining clear visibility into project progress; improving delivery predictability; supporting strong collaboration between Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders.

Requirements
