Taylor Ryan is currently searching for a Construction Project Manager in Calgary to lead multimillion-dollar ICI (Institutional, Commercial, and Industrial) construction projects. Our client is tier 1 general contractor looking for people to join their growing team. The company has a strong history of building great projects in Western Canada and actively growing their teams in 2026. What is in it for you? Ability to become a part of a growing ICI team with a tier 1 contractor. What You'll Do: Develop and implement project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation. Monitor project expenses, track costs, and ensure adherence to the budget. Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to control expenditures. Create and maintain project schedules, including milestone dates and critical path activities. Adjust schedules as necessary to accommodate changes or delays. What Our Client is targeting: At least 8 years experience with a general contractor in Canada. Project management of large institutional, commercial, or industrial projects ($20-100 Million) through various construction methods and delivery models such as Design Build, Construction Management, or IPD. Ability to read, understand and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work and project schedule.
