You understand IP development, semiconductor design flows, and how to align teams to deliver on schedule. What You'll Be Doing * Lead customer-facing IP programs from kickoff through post-silicon support. * Own schedules, milestones, deliverables, and statements of work (SOWs). * Coordinate global teams across engineering, applications, sales, and support. * Manage risks, drive issue resolution, and ensure successful execution. * Communicate program status to customers and leadership. What You'll Need * BSEE or equivalent with 8+ years of semiconductor industry experience. (Multiple levels available.) * Technical program management experience in SoC, analog IP, digital IP, or related technologies. * Experience managing customer-facing programs and stakeholder communication. * Understanding of semiconductor design flows, IP integration, and tapeout processes. * Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
