Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, forecasts, governance records, and executive reporting while coordinating concurrent workstreams and stakeholder input. Support business case and infrastructure planning, monitor consultant performance, and manage risks, issues, changes, decisions, quality assurance, and project closeout.

Coordinate technology workstreams, facilities, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure services are ready for the facility’s opening. Manage integrated schedules, readiness reviews, move and cutover planning, stabilization, and handover to operational support.
