Lead assigned capital and renovation projects from requirements gathering and design through tendering, construction, commissioning, and completion. Coordinate users, consultants, authorities, and internal departments while managing project budgets, costs, documentation, and tender issues.

Lead the development, delivery, and ongoing management of transitional and community care programs, including Sunnybrook-to-Home, the Centralized Community Health Professions Team, and the Pine Villa Transitional Care Site. Oversee staff, operations, partner relationships, performance reporting, service improvement, and the identification and escalation of program and site risks.
