You enjoy building efficient project management and reporting processes, organizing workflows, and creating visibility across a portfolio of initiatives. Sound like you? Then this Digital Marketing Operations & Project Manager role is the perfect fit. Your day-to-day Own and maintain the team’s Wrike workspace to give the team and stakeholders a clear, real-time view of all active projects and statuses. Coordinate timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across marketing, IT, and external partners. Act as the central intake point for external project requests, triaging and prioritizing incoming work (high volume on web-related requests). Define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans and timelines. Track project progress and identify potential risks. Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders. Your Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field. At least 3 years of experience in project coordination, marketing operations, or a similar role. Experience with project/work management tools such as Wrike, Asana, or Jira. Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve project issues. Adaptability to changing priorities and project requirements. Written and spoken English & French.
