Key Responsibilities Project Coordination Assist with coordinating project activities to support successful project execution Support scheduling, resource planning, and subcontractor coordination Monitor project progress and help ensure project milestones are achieved Documentation & Reporting Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, meeting minutes, and project records Assist with contract administration and document control processes Ensure project files are accurate, organized, and up to date Stakeholder Communication Communicate with clients, consultants, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams Support clear and timely communication across all project stakeholders Risk & Issue Management Assist in identifying project risks, challenges, and scheduling concerns Work with project teams to help develop solutions and mitigation strategies Administrative Support Support procurement, project tracking, change management, and coordination activities Assist senior project team members with day-to-day project operations Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field. 0–3 years of experience in an engineering coordination or project coordination Experience in structural steel, manufacturing, fabrication, industrial, or construction environments preferred Working knowledge of MS Office Suite, Bluebeam, and project tracking tools; experience with Tekla, AutoCAD, or Revit is a strong asset.
