Vous êtes autonome, structuré(e) et aimez avoir la pleine responsabilité de vos projets? Cette opportunité pourrait vous intéresser. 👇 🏗️ LES PROJETS 💰 Valeur des projets : 500 K$ à 10 M$ 🏢 Commercial, institutionnel et réfections majeures 📑 Projets privés et publics (SEAO) 🔄 Gestion de projets de A à Z 🎯 VOTRE RÔLE Gérer les budgets et échéanciers Coordonner les sous-traitants et professionnels Assurer le suivi de l’avancement des travaux Gérer les changements et enjeux contractuels Maintenir une excellente communication avec les clients et différents intervenants Assurer une gestion rigoureuse des projets sur les plans opérationnel, contractuel et financier ⭐ CE QUI EST OFFERT 💰 Salaire : 125K à 150K, selon l’expérience 👥 Environnement de travail collaboratif 💻 Outils de travail : Procore et Maestro 📍 Projets et bureau dans le secteur de Laval 🏗️ Des projets diversifiés et stimulants jusqu’à 10 M$ 👷 PROFIL RECHERCHÉ Je recherche un(e) Chargé(e) de projets senior, autonome et structuré(e), capable de prendre pleinement en charge ses projets de A à Z, de prendre des décisions et de maintenir un excellent contrôle sur les coûts, les échéanciers et l’exécution.
