Finance & Tax Transformation Project Manager Soho Square Solutions is hiring a Finance & Tax Transformation Project Manager for a client in Financial Services. You’ll run a portfolio of Finance and Tax process and tool optimization projects. The work spans continuous improvement, digital initiatives, and internal Finance programs that pull multiple teams toward a shared goal, including requests from the Group and the CFO executive committee. What you’ll do Scope projects and build implementation plans covering documentation, testing, tasks, budgets, timelines, and status metrics Lead end-to-end process reviews on complex assignments Set up and run project meetings: objectives, roles, status, open issues Coordinate delivery with F&RS, IT, and stakeholders across Finance and Tax Identify risks, dependencies, and critical path items, and build mitigation plans Set measurable goals and track progress against them Contribute to the Finance and Tax digital community What you bring 8 to 10 years of related experience, ideally in Financial Services within international environments Solid command of project management processes and workflow Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills A continuous improvement and digital mindset, backed by hands-on experience Clear written and verbal communication with technical and senior audiences Consulting skills and experience working with geographically dispersed, cross-functional teams Nice to have PMP or Scrum Master certification University degree in Finance or Accounting Project management or consulting background Strong interest in new technologies Interested? Requirements

Candidates should have 8 to 10 years of related experience, ideally in Financial Services and international environments, with strong project management and workflow knowledge. They should bring advanced Microsoft Office skills, a continuous-improvement and digital mindset, clear communication, consulting experience, and the ability to work with geographically dispersed teams; a Finance or Accounting degree and PMP or Scrum Master certification are nice to have.
