Coordinate customer projects from order intake through delivery, managing schedules, technical drawings and approvals, documentation, production timelines, and shipment forecasts. Serve as the primary customer contact, resolve project issues, coordinate change orders and pricing adjustments, and support credit applications and financial reporting.
