Job summary
Duties We are looking for a driven Site Supervisor to join our team to perform and assist in the following and related duties: Project Coordination: Collaborate on construction plans, schedules, and day-to-day operations. Workforce Management: Supervise construction workers and subcontractors, assign tasks, and provide guidance. Quality Assurance and Compliance: Ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards; conduct inspections. Safety Management: Enforce safety protocols; conduct safety trainings. Material and Equipment Management: Coordinate delivery and handling of construction materials and equipment. Communication and Reporting: Update the project manager regularly; maintain records and reports.
