As a Project Manager with SERVPRO of Prince Edward Island, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of service is provided to all customers and clients! In this role, you will manage a wide range of functions on all construction projects. Key Responsibilities The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from initial estimate through completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, professionally, on schedule, and within budget. Oversee the day to day operations of all assigned construction projects Ensure customer, client, and stakeholder satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle Prepare project estimates, budgets, and quotations for customers Act as the direct point of contact between the customer, client, and project team Manage the construction team and assign work to superintendents, leads, carpenters, and subcontractors Coordinate project scope with the construction team to ensure expectations are clearly understood Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules Track project budgets, labour requirements, materials, and overall project performance Ensure all work complies with project plans, specifications, local codes, permit requirements, and the approved scope of work Review site progress regularly and address issues that may impact schedule, budget, quality, or customer satisfaction Manage project documentation, including photos, contracts, estimates, change orders, purchase orders, daily notes, and closeout documents Identify, document, price, and communicate changes in scope as required Conduct end of day and end of project debriefs with superintendents and project team members Support a professional, organized, and accountable construction team culture Ensure projects are completed in a manner that reflects SERVPRO’s standards for quality, communication, and customer services Position Requirements High school diploma/GED Previous construction management experience preferred Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred Excellent organizational and leadership skills Excellent delegation and time management skills Ability to meet established production goals and maintain profitability Effective written and oral communication Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies Exposure to extreme conditions such as heat Ability to walk and/or stand for long periods of times (i.e., driving, sitting, climbing) Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights Exposure to noise levels at jobsites that can be loud Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law Each SERVPRO® Franchise is Independently Owned and Operated.
