The Project Manager Level 7 is responsible for leading strategic initiatives with a strong focus on business case development, budget management, and stakeholder engagement. In this role, you will: Lead end-to-end project delivery, from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Develop and maintain comprehensive business cases, including financial analysis and ROI projections Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting, ensuring cost control and transparency Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and decision-making Apply Agile principles to manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables, promoting continuous improvement and team collaboration Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project outcomes Provide regular updates to senior leadership and contribute to strategic planning efforts Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? We'd love to work with you if you have: Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a related field. PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent Agile certification strongly preferred. Minimum 8–10 years of progressive experience in project management, including strategic planning, financial oversight, and stakeholder engagement Knowledge of HR transactions Demonstrated success in leading complex projects with significant business impact Strong experience in business case development and budget ownership Proven teamwork Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders across functions. Experience applying Agile methodologies in large-scale environments Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Advanced financial and analytical capabilities. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence). Ability to manage ambiguity and drive results in a dynamic environment.
