Responsibilities include coordinating with subcontractors, reviewing shop drawings, and ensuring clear communication between the office and the construction site. Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, or a related field with 2 to 4 years of experience in heavy residential construction. Proficiency in reading technical plans and knowledge of the Quebec Building Code are required, along with bilingualism in French and English.
