This position offers hands-on experience, mentorship, and opportunities for growth in a fast-paced, supportive environment. ---------------------------------------- Key Responsibilities * Assist Project Managers with planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities * Support tracking of project progress, timelines, and documentation * Help prepare reports, schedules, and project updates * Coordinate with Internal crews, subcontractors, and vendors * Obtain &manage permits, Utility locates and approvals as required * Maintain organized project records and documentation * Identify potential issues and escalate them to senior team members * Support general administrative and coordination tasks related to project delivery Qualifications & Experience * High school diploma required. * Prior construction, coordination, or administrative experience is an asset but not required * Strong organizational and time-management skills * Good written and verbal communication skills * Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, OneNote, click before you dig) is an asset * Willingness to learn and grow in a construction project environment * Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team Requirements * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written * Ability to travel Monday to Friday * Some weekends or after-hours work may be necessary. * Ability to accept responsibility and account for his/her actions. * Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly. * Dependable and trustworthy. Requirements
