We’re Hiring: Project Manager – Restoration Reliance Impact is recruiting on behalf of a valued client in the restoration and construction industry. Key Responsibilities: Manage restoration projects, budgets, schedules, and resources. Coordinate clients, insurance adjusters, subcontractors, and vendors. Ensure quality standards, safety compliance, and project KPIs are met. Requirements: 5–7 years of construction or restoration experience. Proficiency in Xactimate, XactAnalysis, MS Office, and MS Project. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of the Ontario Building Code. IICRC certifications (WRT/FSRT) preferred. Valid driver’s license and flexibility for occasional on-call duties. Interested? Requirements

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are required; IICRC WRT/FSRT certifications are preferred, along with a valid driver’s license and flexibility for occasional on-call duties.
