Project Director – Hyperscale Data Centers Location: Ontario Salary: $180,000–$220,000 + bonus and benefits Our client, a leading general contractor, is seeking an experienced Project Director to lead large-scale hyperscale data center projects from preconstruction through commissioning and turnover. Responsibilities Provide executive oversight across safety, schedule, budget, quality, and client delivery. Lead Project Managers, Superintendents, and multidisciplinary project teams. Manage project strategy, risk, procurement, contracts, forecasting, and change management. Coordinate complex mechanical, electrical, and commissioning requirements. Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and trade partners. Qualifications 12+ years of progressive general contracting experience. Proven leadership on large, technically complex construction projects. Data center or mission-critical experience strongly preferred. Strong commercial, client-facing, and project leadership skills. Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field. What’s Offered $180,000–$220,000 base salary. Bonus, benefits, and retirement program.
