Job description: Location: Mississauga, ON Pay: $110,000 - $125,000 Company Overview: Our client, a well-established organization in the ICI construction industry, is currently seeking an experienced M&E Project Manager to join their team in Mississauga. Why Join? $110,000 - $125,000 + benefits + RRSP program Opportunity to work on notable ICI building projects Join a reputable and growing organization Strong pipeline of work and long-term opportunity Collaborative team environment Requirements: Oversee the mechanical and electrical scopes of ICI building projects from pre-construction through to project closeout Manage project budgets, schedules, consultants, subcontractors, and procurement activities Review drawings and specifications to ensure project requirements are met Coordinate with internal teams, site staff, consultants, and trades to maintain project flow and delivery timelines Monitor project progress, identify risks, and help drive solutions to keep projects on track Ensure all mechanical and electrical work is completed in line with quality, safety, and compliance standards Skills & Experience 5+ years of experience in a Project Manager role overseeing mechanical and electrical scopes on ICI construction projects Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical building systems within commercial, institutional, or industrial projects Proven experience managing budgets, schedules, tendering, procurement, subcontractors, and consultants Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively Post-secondary degree/diploma in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field is considered an asset Extra Consideration will be given to those who have experience with M&E, Mechanical, Electrical, Project Manager, Project Management, ICI, Institutional, Commercial, Industrial, Building Projects, Construction, Consultants, Subcontractors, Scheduling, Budgeting, Procurement, Coordination, GTA

Requirements

Candidates should have over 5 years of experience in a Project Manager role overseeing mechanical and electrical scopes on ICI construction projects. A post-secondary degree or diploma in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field is considered an asset.
