Position : Business Analyst / Project Manager (BA/PM) – Salesforce Location: Onsite at Toronto, ON Duration: 6 to 12 month of contract with possible Job Summary: Client are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst / Project Manager (BA/PM) to support business initiatives and technology product delivery for Client. This is a predominantly business-facing role (approximately 80%), working closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, drive project execution, and coordinate feature delivery. The role supports Salesforce-based initiatives along with other business technology projects. Note : Must have prior Retail industry experience in a Business Analyst, Project Manager, Product Owner, or similar business-facing technology delivery role. This is 80% business facing role and sit in business (not IT) 5 years’ experience working closely with business to deliver technology products Lead requirements discussions with business Drive requirements delivery with WW team Manage all SDLC phases to deliver feature changes to Canada business Conduct Testing Plan and support rollout activities - training, comms and post GoLive support Majority Salesforce project + Other non-projects SFDC experience desired (Sales / Marketing Campaign). Requirements
Requires at least 5 years of experience in a business-facing technology delivery role with mandatory prior experience in the Retail industry. Proficiency in Salesforce (Sales/Marketing Campaign) and strong communication skills are desired.
