The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting project management activities, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within scope. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders in the manufacturing industry. Duties Assist in the development and management of project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks. Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes for distribution. Facilitate communication between project teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure alignment on project goals. Utilize business management software to track project progress and maintain accurate documentation. Review scope of work to understand project requirements and assist in project task creation. Monitor project timelines and budgets, reporting any discrepancies or issues to senior management. Organize and maintain project files, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and accessible. Entering and tracking invoices, time & materials reports, and expense records for accurate financial monitoring. Project and CRM tracking Supporting the preparation and submission of proposals, reports, and client communications. Skills College Diploma or Similar is preferred 3+ years of previous experience in similar positions (manufacturing/electrical industry) Excellent written and spoken English. Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and Google Suite (Gmail, Calender, etc) Excellent organizational skills and strong with computer software Be self-reliant with respect to managing and completing the work Experience with construction estimating processes and tools. Familiarity with project management software Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of work. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. Knowledge of project management principles as they relate to the industry. Ability to use technology/AI to enhance output Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
