Job Description What is the opportunity? We are seeking a Lead Project Manager to lead the delivery of strategic initiatives across our enterprise DevOps ecosystem. This role is responsible for coordinating complex, cross-functional programs that enhance developer productivity by supporting the new AI-powered software delivery (AI-DLC) initiative. The successful candidate will work closely with Product Management, Platform Engineering, Finance, Change Management, Architecture, Risk, and Security teams to ensure the successful delivery and adoption of new tooling and methodology designed to enhance the experience of technical and business resources delivering technology products. This role combines technical fluency, program delivery leadership, and strong stakeholder management to drive execution across large-scale technology initiatives. What will you do? Program & Delivery Leadership Lead the planning and delivery of AI and DevOps platform initiatives, including CI/CD pipeline capabilities, developer tooling, and automation platforms. Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, architecture, product management, security, and operations to deliver complex technology programs. Manage delivery roadmaps, milestones, and dependencies across multiple teams and initiatives. Develop delivery plans and coordinate cross-team dependencies to ensure alignment between platform roadmap priorities and engineering execution. Platform & Product Collaboration Partner with Senior leaders to align delivery execution with the DevOps platform roadmap and product priorities. Translate product objectives and platform capabilities into coordinated delivery What do you need to succeed? Must-have Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred. At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, with a demonstrated working knowledge of Agile, DevOps, and Change Management methodologies. Strong technical background in software development, cloud computing, AI trends, and automation. Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, including risk management, scheduling, and budgeting. Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Experience in managing complex projects within a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Nice-to-have Familiarity with key DevOps tools and technologies. Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is highly desirable. What’s in it for you?
