Income Level Performance-based Pay Depending on Work Volume + KPI (Based on Work Quality) City (Region) Dubai, UAE Responsibilities Assessment of the Technical Condition of Premises, Engineering, and Low-Current Systems and Communications Preparing Forecasts and Estimates for Repair and Construction Costs Approval of Design Projects and Work Scope with the Client Analysis and Adjustments of Repair/Construction Work Estimates Interaction with the Client or Client’s Representative to Resolve Current Issues During Project Execution Coordination and Supervision of All Work Processes at the Site Obtaining Necessary Permits from the Community Management and Dubai Municipality Technical Supervision of Work Execution on Site Maintaining Reports and Documentation Workflow Project Communication Management: Correspondence with All Project Participants, Preparation of Official Requests and Letters, Meeting Protocols Requirements Relevant work experience of at least 3 years. Experience in premium-segment projects. Knowledge and ability to use technical and regulatory documentation (construction safety standards of Dubai Municipality, DEWA, DED, etc.). Effective communication skills. Negotiation experience. Knowledge of construction and finishing processes, understanding of the construction lifecycle. Good knowledge of English and local regulations. Higher education in construction or related fields. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets is mandatory. Will Be An Advantage Availability of a personal vehicle. Experience in local projects (Dubai). Ability to handle a high volume of tasks (3+ projects simultaneously). Additional training in project management, programs, and methodologies Selection Stages Application form + test task. Interview with the manager. Conditions Permanent employment.
