We focus on delivering quality and on-time services across a variety of therapeutic indications.Job DescriptionManages medium-sized (5-15 countries and/or full service) or large (>15 countries, full service) projects/programs under general supervision, with primary responsibility for the production of project deliverables in conformance with the predefined quality standards, on time and on budget.Adheres to and promotes principles of delivery and service in dealing with PSI customers.Leads project teams.Performs project supervision of small (<5 countries and/or limited services) projects/programs.Supervises the production of project deliverables in conformance with the predefined quality standards, on time and on budget, adhering to and promoting principles of delivery and service in dealing with PSI customers.Acts as a primary escalation contact for PSI customers, vendors, project teams and representatives of other functional areas for all project-related issues.Trains, mentors and coaches Regional Project Leads and Project Managers in the departmentParticipates in feasibility research.Supports business development tasks, such as development of proposals, client presentations, bid defense meetings, and the like.Implements company standard practices and compliance with intradepartmental procedures.QualificationsAt least 7 years of industry experience in clinical researchAt least 4 years of global, project-level clinical project management experience, including management of all project phases from startup to closure, management of all functional services, vendor management.Experience managing global projectsExperience in Gastroenterology is preferred, Oncology and radiopharmaceutical experience is a plusAdditional InformationIf you feel it is time to make your skills and knowledge visible within a growing company with true focus on its people, then PSI is the right choice for you.
