Job Description As a Lead Project Manager, your role will consist of two parts: Project Management and Corporate/Departmental Assignments. Project Management responsibilities include: Management of small (<5 countries and/or limited services) and medium sized (5-15 countries and/or full service) projects under general supervision with primary responsibility for the production of project deliverables in conformance with the predefined quality standards, on time and on budget Performing the project co-manager’s role in complex international projects/programs with secondary responsibility for the production of project deliverables in conformance with the predefined quality standards, on time and on budget Adherence to and promotion of principles of delivery and service in dealing with PSI customers Project team leadership Corporate/Departmental Assignments include: Training, mentoring and coaching of study team members. Participation in feasibility research Assistance in business development tasks, such as development of proposals, client presentations, bid defense meetings, and the like Implementation of company standard practices and compliance with intradepartmental procedures Qualifications At least 5-year industry experience in clinical research At least 2 years of project-level clinical project management experience, including management of all project phases from startup to closure Experience in Oncology is preferred, experience in Gastroenterology and/or radipharmaceuticals is a plus Additional Information If you feel it is time to make your skills and knowledge visible within a growing company with true focus on its people, then PSI is the right choice for you.
