Scheduling: Developing, tracking, and maintaining project schedules Reviewing critical path, and quickly adapting or accelerating projects to meet deadlines Reporting, and updating directors of project schedule Management and Leadership: Complete the tendering process for contract awarding Assist in the overall planning and defining of project scope for all subcontractors and employees Project resource allocation from internal and external resources. Project documentation, communication, and reporting Conduct consultant meetings Cost estimating, and budget development in collaboration with senior team. Quality Control Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential issues, and devise contingency plans if required Ongoing troubleshooting and problem solving Work with Sr. PM and help oversee project team including Project Coordinators and Superintendents Ensure the project is built on a budget, on schedule, and on drawing specifications. Work with the Leasing team to help develop budgets and timelines for potential tenants. What You Bring: Minimum 5 years of construction-related experience in commercial or residential projects Direct work experience in a project coordination capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution Experience overseeing multi-family projects Certificate, University degree, or college diploma would be an asset Project Management education is an asset Salary Range: $140,000 - $180,000 About The Company: Onni For over half a century, Onni has been building communities for people to live, work, and play.
