What You Get to Do The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing projects from award through completion, ensuring successful execution through coordination with customers, internal teams, and external partners. This role requires technical expertise in glazing systems, strong communication skills, and a proactive approach to project management and customer service Key Responsibilities: Overseeing various project scopes, including engineering, storefronts, curtain walls, operable windows, doors, unitized systems, skylights, and glass. Maintain seamless communication with customers and internal and external stakeholders, ensuring the project scope is consistent with quotes and design needs Develop and maintain a detailed schedule of deliverables based on project timelines and keep organized and comprehensive records of all project-related documents What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Business, Organizational Development, Education, Manufacturing, HR, Engineering or a related field (Master's preferred) 5+ years managing training programs in a manufacturing, industrial or operational environment 3+ years administering document control systems Experience developing & certifying trainers, plus hands-on LMS experience Familiarity with ISO-based management systems & lean/continuous improvement environments preferred Strong skills in SharePoint, Power BI & workflow automation platforms A collaborative leader who can influence without direct authority & drive change across multiple sites A coach & mentor who's energized by developing people & building culture What OBE Offers You Benefits that benefit you – industry competitive benefits at the lowest cost to the employee Work-life balance – PTO and holidays, including floating holidays you can choose Compensation that rewards your hard work – A pay-for-performance culture with potential for annual raises and bonuses Training – We will equip you with the knowledge and skills you need to succeed OBE Privacy Policy OBE will not discharge or discriminate against employees or applicants for discussing, disclosing, or inquiring about their own or others' pay.
