Provide detailed quotes for types of construction projects Work directly with the President to lead and grow the company. Utilize software such as HeavyBid, Bluebeam, and other tools for accurate construction estimating Analyze project specifications and drawings to prepare accurate cost estimates Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather necessary information for bids Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing Develop detailed proposals outlining project scope, timeline, and pricing Monitor industry trends to ensure cost estimate are competitive and up to date Qualifications: Three to five years in the construction industry Experience in construction estimating Supervisory experience would be considered an asset.
