Job summary

Technical PM Lead enterprise-scale initiatives across complex, cross-functional organizations in a fast-paced, risk-based environment. Establish program governance, operating cadence, reporting structures, and execution frameworks. Drive accountability across multiple teams to ensure remediation activities are prioritized, owned, and completed. Manage project schedules, risks, issues, dependencies, and stakeholder communications. Influence stakeholders and facilitate decision-making at both project and program levels. Oversee integration and interdependencies across multiple related projects. Apply SDLC, ITIL, and project management best practices to manage technology delivery risks. Ensure compliance with organizational standards, operating procedures, and regulatory requirements. Monitor progress, escalate issues appropriately, and drive successful project outcomes. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience leading complex technology programs and projects. Demonstrated expertise in technical solution selection, solution design & implementation of IT initiatives. Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills. Experience establishing governance and operational frameworks in evolving environments. Ability to drive execution, accountability, and risk remediation across multiple teams. Passion for improving customer experience through technology and process excellence. Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related field. Experience in healthcare or health solutions industry. Extensive experience supporting data warehousing, reporting, and decision-support environments. Knowledge of Oracle, IBM data management systems, executive information systems, and statistical software packages. Familiarity with development technologies & platforms including COBOL, CICS, DB2, ASP.NET, SQL. Six Sigma, PMP, or related project management certification.
