Senior Project Manager – Residential Renovations

Manage multiple residential renovation, addition, and remodeling projects from pre-construction through completion, overseeing budgets, schedules, change orders, and coordination with consultants, trades, suppliers, and inspectors. Lead client meetings and site walkthroughs, monitor on-site quality, resolve deficiencies, and maintain project documentation and close-out packages.
