Track resource onboarding, access readiness, capacity, allocation, and delivery commitments across distributed teams and suppliers. Run delivery reviews and steering updates; provide clear reporting on milestone health, financial status, risks, decisions, and recovery actions. Coordinate data synchronization, integration testing, regression and capacity testing, HA/DR validation, reconciliation, and closure of readiness defects. Drive the integrated cutover plan, rehearsals, change approvals, rollback readiness, communications, and go/no-go evidence; obtain decisions from authorized stakeholders. Coordinate stabilization, incident escalation, operational training, runbook handover, acceptance evidence, and agreed closure or legacy decommissioning activities. Required Skills And Experience Demonstrated delivery of complex AWS migration or cloud transformation programs spanning multiple technical workstreams. Strong program and project management skills covering integrated scheduling, dependency management, RAID, resource planning, financial tracking, and change control. Working understanding of AWS infrastructure, IAM, networking, container platforms, databases, observability, resiliency, and disaster recovery. Experience coordinating application modernization, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD changes, data migration, and third-party integrations. Experience managing production cutovers, migration rehearsals, rollback planning, business continuity, and post-go-live stabilization. Ability to translate technical issues into delivery impact, secure timely decisions, and communicate confidently with senior stakeholders. Experience with Agile and milestone-based delivery, using Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent tools. Strong documentation and governance skills, including audit evidence, readiness reviews, and formal delivery acceptance. Preferred Qualifications Experience in banking, financial services, or similarly regulated enterprise environments. Experience with acquisition-related integration and migration between separately governed AWS environments. PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, or relevant Agile certification; AWS foundational or architecture certification is an advantage. Key deliverables Integrated program plan, milestone baseline, ownership matrix, and resource plan. Current RAID, dependency, decision, and change logs with accountable owners and dates. Executive status reporting and T&M effort/budget forecasts. Governance approval tracker, test/readiness evidence, and integrated cutover and rollback plan.
