By joining the Mongrain Tribe, you You will be part of a FIRE TEAM, working against traffic! WHAT DOES YOUR DAILY LIFE LIKE AS A CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER WITH US? Understand the technical parameters, execution strategy, and procurement of the bid; Participate in the project kickoff meeting with all internal stakeholders; Be the main contact and ensure effective communication with the client and all stakeholders; Plan material purchases, releases, and produce a comprehensive PO for the various suppliers; Plan, control, and supervise the execution phases and milestones of projects; Ensure rigorous cost control of the project; Conduct daily follow-ups with site foremen; Ensure that productivity targets are met by collaborating and supporting the foreman in his tactical project management; Promptly produce amendments for additional work outside the original scope of work; Produce, according to the client's schedule, payment requests and/or progress statements, then ensure the production and issuance of invoices; Calculate project profitability based on physical progress, cost progress, progress invoicing, as well as the cost estimate to complete; Ensure close monitoring of the production and collection of payment requests sent to the client; Ensure complete and timely collection of contractual holdbacks; Comply with and enforce project control programs quality and health and safety; Regularly inspect sites to monitor project progress and ensure compliance; Attend project monitoring meetings; Collaborate in the weekly resource planning exercise; Document and archive all sensitive site-related information on the Mongrain network; Ensure compliance with processes (approval of timesheets, purchase orders, etc.); What You Need For This Role Minimum 5 years of experience in a project management role in the commercial and institutional construction sector; Construction or civil (building) engineer, architectural degree, or other combination of relevant experience/training; In-depth knowledge of production management principles, improvement continuing in the construction sector; Excellent oral and written communication skills; Rigor, organizational skills, multitasking and autonomy; Leadership, ability to get people to achieve their goals, unifying; Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and allocate resources according to priorities and deadlines; Good knowledge of the Office suite, including Microsoft Project Management; The successful candidate will be required to travel (Class 5 driver's license and car) Bilingualism (English/French) written and spoken SEE YOU SOON! Requirements

Candidates must have at least 5 years of project management experience in commercial/institutional construction and a degree in engineering or architecture. Proficiency in Microsoft Project and bilingualism in English and French are required.
