YOUR TEAM As a Project Manager, you'll work closely with real estate developers, architectural firms, museums, science centers, and theme parks. Your team transforms large-scale infrastructures into immersive multimedia experiences, thereby creating iconic destinations that not only attract visitors and enhance the place's experience but also generate media attention and economic benefits. YOUR MISSION You have the responsibility to define and establish the overall strategy of the project. Planning, organizing and supervising are part of your day-to-day tasks as you are the one person closely involved in every step of the way, from conception to final operation. You represent the project, and you are the one managing relationships with the client while ensuring efficient communication between the latter and the production team. You are responsible for the on-time on-budget delivery of every aspect of the project that go according to predetermined criteria. Furthermore, you manage risk and advise teams by giving clear recommendations. You possess remarkable leadership and interpersonal skills. You are a talented communicator and a positive influencer. Roles And Responsibilities Project Management Contribute to defining client requirements and understanding their needs; Maintain clear and stable business relations through effective client communication; Ensure compliance with contract terms by tracking obligations of all parties and stakeholders; Identify, assess, and manage project risk; Prepare detailed budget drafts and schedules for each project phase; Efficiently manage tasks and work hours' allocation to stay within budgets; Ensure synergy between scenography, technology, and project-related content in collaboration with creative and technical team; Identify required internal and external resources for project realization (oversee negotiations with suppliers and freelancers, ensuring their onboarding); Control and supervise project activities by rigorously monitoring operations conducted by various resources, subcontractors, and suppliers; Produce comprehensive documentation for all project stages; Manage copyright and intellectual property issues in collaboration with the team during content development and production stages; Supervise project coordinators; Negotiate agreements with top suppliers for each project; Ensure compliance with Moment Factory policies, especially regarding employee travel arrangements at all times. Project Closure Management Supervise tasks related to project closure, such as archiving files, gathering graphical elements for our internal visual database, or any information needed for communications by the communications department; Produce final documents and relevant reports at project closure; Organize and conduct post-mortem reviews for each project. YOUR JOURNEY INCLUDES College Diploma (DEC) or Bachelor's Degree (BAC) in Management and/or in one of the following fields (Design, Scenography, Architecture, Multimedia Environment); Minimum of 7 years of project management experience; Experience working in a multidisciplinary and artistic environment (multimedia environments, audiovisual production, events, etc.), a significant asset; Understanding of each stage of production and basic knowledge of multimedia technology; Proficiency in MS Office (Word and Excel), macOS (Keynote), and Google products (Google Workspace); Knowledge of AutoCAD or project management software is an asset; Perfect bilingualism in French and English, both oral and written (You will regularly communicate with English-speaking clients in this role); Knowledge and interest in the AI field. Requirements
Requires a College Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Management, Design, or a related field with at least 7 years of project management experience. Must be perfectly bilingual in French and English and possess strong leadership skills within creative or multidisciplinary environments.
