Senior Project Manager CSITR (6 Month Contract) Location: New Westminster, BC / Hybrid Staffing Placement Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex technology and cybersecurity-related initiatives. This role is responsible for managing full project lifecycles, driving strategic outcomes, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful delivery of large-scale enterprise projects. Term & Work Arrangement Full-time contract opportunity with potential extensions. Hybrid work environment requiring regular on-site attendance. Standard business hours with occasional flexibility based on project requirements. Contractor-provided services may support multiple projects as assigned. Key Responsibilities Lead cross-functional teams consisting of project managers, business analysts, solution architects, technical specialists, and business stakeholders. Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closeout. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, financial forecasts, risk registers, and communication plans. Oversee project scope, timelines, quality, procurement activities, and resource allocation. Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, decisions, and change requests. Prepare and deliver status reports, executive presentations, and steering committee materials. Facilitate stakeholder engagement and build consensus among diverse business and technical groups. Manage vendor and subcontractor performance where applicable. Foster a collaborative, productive, and results-oriented team environment. Ensure project deliverables align with organizational goals and strategic objectives. Deliverables Business cases and project charters. Comprehensive project management plans. Work breakdown structures, project schedules, and budget forecasts. Risk, action, issue, and decision (RAID) logs. Status reporting and executive updates. Change management documentation. Project closeout reports and supporting project artifacts. Required Qualifications 8+ years of full-cycle project management experience delivering large, complex technology projects. Experience managing project budgets exceeding $2M and leading teams of 10+ resources. Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including executive-level reporting. Experience implementing technology solutions and business process improvement initiatives. Ability to gather and analyze business and technical requirements. Strong knowledge of risk, change, scope, resource, schedule, budget, and quality management. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments. Demonstrated application of project management best practices and methodologies. Experience aligning project objectives with broader program goals. Experience supporting organizational change management initiatives. Preferred Qualifications Experience delivering cybersecurity or information security projects. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field. PMP certification or equivalent project management designation. Experience working within public-sector environments is considered an asset. Note; this is an opportunity with a Microserve client.
