As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead retail projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will manage project teams, coordinate resources, and maintain effective communication with stakeholders to drive project success. Client Details This company is a General Contractor with more than 50 years of experience, specializing in retail interior construction projects across major North American markets. They have built a reputation for delivering high-quality retail environments and has worked with a diverse portfolio of retail clients, emphasizing long-term industry expertise and project execution excellence. Description Oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays promptly. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes. Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders. Manage and mentor project team members to achieve optimal performance. Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
