A leading firm in general contracting, construction management, and design-build, specializing in the ICI sector, is actively seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects ranging from $30M to $100M in the Ottawa area. Client Details For over 30 years, our client has been a recognized leader in general contracting, construction management, and design-build, specializing in institutional, commercial, and industrial projects across Ontario. Description As a Project Manager - ICI construction - Ottawa your responsibilities will include: Oversee all phases of construction projects, from initial planning to final delivery. Coordinate internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless project execution. Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and efficiency. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders. Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and ensure alignment with project goals. Proactively identify and manage potential risks to minimize project disruptions. Establish and maintain effective relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors. Create, update, and maintain comprehensive project documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Profile Project Manager - ICI construction - Ottawa Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in ICI construction projects, with contract values up to $50M. Educational background in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline. Strong knowledge of construction processes in the ICI sector, building codes, and industry standards. Proven ability to prioritize tasks effectively based on demand and deadlines, while successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency with project management software and tools.
