Metergy office location is in Markham but will be moving to North York toward the end of 2026! Metergy Solutions’ Operations team is responsible for the maintenance/service of completed submetering projects. The Project Manager, Operations will plan, execute and finalize Operations’ projects for Metergy Solutions. This includes resource management, planning, approval, procurement of materials, and communication with external teams. Responsibilities: Review ticket requests, prepare work instructions for contractors/technicians/project coordinators, execute resolution, and update documentation. Troubleshoot meter deficiencies locally & remotely. Provide technical analysis of drawings and or electrical/mechanical systems to help support various contractors and internal staff on the work to be performemmunication and issue identification to help the business stay ahead of potential issues to develop sufficient mitigation plans to minimize impact to business and Metergy clients and customers Continuous improvement to help the business operations evolve with changing market conditions and business growth plans. Must demonstrate excellent customer service, time management, and problem-solving skills as related to the support and resolution of Operations’ projects. Any other tasks in support of Operations’ projects as necessary. Qualifications: Technical degree or diploma from a recognized university/college. 4-5+ years of related experience in the maintenance and/or metering field. Familiarity with electrical, water, gas and thermal metering/systems concepts will be an asset. Have a strong background in troubleshooting and problem solving. Possess strong communication skills and professional attitude that will positively affect customer relationships. Must be able to travel to properties within GTA. Position will be a split of in-office and in-field work. Must possess a valid Ontario driver’s license. Any shown ranges reflects base salary.
