The Project Manager will oversee highway maintenance and infrastructure projects from inception to completion, including estimating, bidding, and contract administration. They will also lead operational improvement initiatives, manage client relationships, and implement new technologies to enhance productivity and safety.

The Project Coordinator will manage traffic signal and street lighting modification projects by coordinating with municipalities, contractors, and internal field teams. Responsibilities include creating project schedules, issuing purchase orders, conducting site visits, and ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards.
