Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada. The Project Manager oversees planning, coordination, and execution of mid-rise and high-rise forming projects, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements are met. Daily responsibilities include managing project timelines, coordinating with site supervisors and trades, and monitoring progress against construction plans. The role involves reviewing drawings, organizing inspections, resolving site issues, and ensuring compliance with safety and building standards. The Project Manager also manages logistics for materials and equipment, communicates with clients and stakeholders, prepares status reports, and supports continuous improvement of project delivery processes. Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder communication. Candidates should possess Expeditor and Expediting skills to coordinate materials, approvals, and documentation in a timely manner. Candidates should possess Inspection skills to verify work quality, safety compliance, and alignment with drawings and specifications. Candidates should possess Logistics Management skills to oversee material deliveries, equipment allocation, and site coordination. Relevant experience in construction project management, preferably in forming or structural concrete for mid-rise/high-rise projects. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications; strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Effective communication and collaboration abilities with site teams, subcontractors, and clients. Proficiency with project management and construction-related software; familiarity with safety regulations and industry standards. Post-secondary education in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
