How You’ll Make an Impact As the Project Coordinator, you’re the behind-the-scenes force that keeps our Sparwood projects running smoothly. From supporting the management team to keeping the office organized, clean, and client-ready, you’ll play a key role in creating efficiency, consistency, and a positive work environment for our project teams, co-workers, and clients. We are currently recruiting for this position with an estimated project start date of mid-September. What You’ll Be Doing Office & Project Administration Handle phone calls, emails, calendars, and general office communications Track, monitor, and enter timesheets for all active projects Submit Permits to Work (P2W) based on weekly personnel schedules Project cost tracking, including but not limited to, invoicing, P.O. usage, review of Project tracking and billing reports to assist with creation of invoices Reconcile Accounts Payable and Receivable for Sparwood projects Coordinate with IT to troubleshoot and maintain office equipment Support Safety with document control, scanning, and electronic filing of training records Assist with EHSC Work Plan creation Attendance of weekly Teams meetings Attendance of client/project meetings as required Print, scan, file, and prepare documents as requested by the management team Take on additional duties as assigned — because no two days are ever the same Who You Are / What You Bring A proactive self-starter with a positive, can-do attitude Strong verbal and written communication skills Professional and approachable with internal and external stakeholders Highly organized with excellent time and task management skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment Able to stay calm under pressure and juggle competing priorities Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams Reliable, punctual, and consistent in attendance Trustworthy, honest, and discreet in all dealings Physically able to safely perform light custodial duties, including lifting up to 50 lbs Valid Class 5 driver’s licence with a clean abstract and safe driving habits Flexible to work overtime or weekends when needed What’s In It for You This role is based out of Sparwood, B.C., working a 7 x 7 shift rotation. Shifts typically run 12 hours, with overtime after 8 hours. $200/day LOA and benefits after 30 days.
